Cookie Protocol

Last updated: April 6, 2026

This Cookie Policy ("Protocol") explains how NRKGO uses cookies and similar tracking technologies across our web domains and developer environments. By utilizing these tools, you consent to the operations detailed within this Protocol.

Defining Tracking Technologies

To provide the highest level of developer productivity, NRKGO utilizes "First-party identifiers" (data files set directly by NRKGO) and "Third-party identifiers" (served by our integrated partners such as Razorpay for transactional security). These identifiers ensure a persistent and secure session across all tools in the NRKGO Ecosystem.

Operational Framework & Performance

Cookies and similar technologies allow NRKGO to recognize your secure environment and maintain the performance of our architectural stack. Our utilization is stratified into specific functional groups:

Strictly Necessary Infrastructure (Functional Core)

These identifiers are critical for the foundational operation of the NRKGO Ecosystem. Without these identifiers, modern authentication, encrypted session state, and secure checkout processing are technically impossible.

IdentifierProvider ContextFunctional DomainTTL (Life Cycle)
session_idNRKGO ArchitectureState maintenance for active dashboard sessions.Session-limited
auth_tokenIdentity ModuleEncrypted identity validation for ecosystem access.7 Days
razorpay_sessionSecurity GatewayTransactional integrity for billing and subscriptions.Session-limited

Performance and Analytics Hierarchy

We utilize performance identifiers to monitor the health of our infrastructure. This data allows us to identify load balancing requirements and detect potential outages across our cloud facility before they impact your workflow. This data is aggregated and never used to track individual behavior.

Functionality Preference Modules

These identifiers store localized parameters (such as developer theme preferences or regional language settings) to ensure the NRKGO Ecosystem remains persistent across browser restarts.

ui_prefsNRKGO InterfaceStandardizes theme and dynamic layout configurations.1 Year
lang_prefLocalization ModuleEnsures platform serves your preferred locale.1 Year

Signal Pixels & Web Beacons

NRKGO may utilize transparent pixel files (also known as web beacons or clear gifs). These identifiers allow us to monitor the successful delivery of system-critical announcements and ensure that our security alerts have effectively reached your device.

Local Storage & LSOs

In addition to cookies, we utilize modern web storage (HTML5 and Browser Local Storage) to maintain large datasets locally on your device for our developer tools (Smart Form Filler, API Sniffer). You can audit these datasets directly through your browser’s developer console. NRKGO does not use Adobe Flash cookies or other Local Shared Objects (LSOs) that are difficult to manage within standard privacy controls.

Strict Non-Targeting Policy

NRKGO maintains a strict privacy-first architecture. We do not serve targeting or advertising cookies. Our ecosystem does not allow third-party marketing companies to track your cross-site browsing behavior for the purpose of serving advertisements.

User Agency & Absolute Control

You maintain absolute agency over your data footprint. You may audit, restrict, or purge these identifiers at any time through your browser's primary privacy interface. Note that purging infrastructure-essential identifiers will terminate your active NRKGO session.

Environment Specific Controls

Review the primary privacy documentation for your respective browser environment to manage your identifiers:

  • Standard (Chrome): Privacy and Security > Cookies and other site data
  • Privacy Environment (Firefox): Privacy & Security > Enhanced Tracking Protection
  • Apple Environment (Safari): Preferences > Privacy > Cookie Management
  • Enterprise Environment (Edge): Settings > Cookies and site permissions

Protocol Evolution

NRKGO may update this Cookie Protocol as we introduce new developer tools. Any architectural changes that involve new identifiers will be reflected on this page to ensure full transparency within our community.
